It’s been another busy week or two in Apple news, as the forthcoming iPhone is still the subject of intense rumour, speculation and debate. We received the first iPhone 7 cases earlier this week, and now we’re going to cast a critical eye over the latest rumours.
Last week we revealed renders of new iPhone 7 cases from accessory brand Olixar, which confirmed differences in the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models including dual rear-facing cameras and a smart connector on the Plus variant. After weeks of rumours and speculation, the OnePlus 3 is finally here! The latest ‘flagship-killer’ is the first OnePlus phone to be available for general sale, without an annoying invite system, and it comes with high-end specs, a new metal design and a clean version of Android Marshmallow. Let’s take a closer look.
Now, we’re starting to see cases and covers built with these traits in mind. Case maker Olixar is the latest to provide renders showing the new iPhone models, including a lack of 3.5mm jack on the bottom and the dual rear-facing cameras and Smart Connector on the 5.5-inch model.
