The Xperia Z5 Compact is one of my favourite phones from 2015, thanks to its modest dimensions, powerful internals and enviable style. It’s also available in a wide range of colours, which always helps. We’ve recently added a bunch of new cases for the phone to our virtual shelves, so I thought we could take a look at some of the highlights. Let’s go!
The Verge recently published their review of Sony’s latest flagship phones: the Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact. The review is broadly positive, but reviewer Vlad Savov does mention one big weakness: the glass back of the phone. It sure looks nice, but it’s also easily scratched or cracked; he ended up with a long crack not by dropping it from a great height, but just “an incautious plopping of the phone on my bedside table.”
