With Apple unveiling their models; the iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 12 Pro Max this week, there’s been a few surprises, not so much with the models themselves but the box contents.

Apple have been focusing on decreasing their carbon footprint for a few years now and so to reach their environmental goals, they’ve taken the bold step to remove not only EarPods but also the power adapter, however the USB-C to Lightning cable is included. Additionally, the new box is much slimmer in comparison to that of previous years.

“What charger do I need?”

As Apple no longer include mains adapter / charger in the box you’ll require one to keep your iPhone 12 / 12 mini / 12 pro / 12 pro max powered. Now you may already have one, however if you don’t then one of the chargers below will be suitable.

Please not, this charger makes use of a USB-A connection and so the USB-C to Lightning cable included within the box is not compatible. Again you may already have an existing USB-A to lightning cable available, however if not, the cable can be purchased here.

“Which headphones do I need?”

Unfortunately Apple decided not to include their wired AirPod earphones in the box or their Lightning to 3.5mm Adapter, however the earphones and adapter below are the products you’d previously find in the box.
