How to change your Apple Watch strap
Soft strap/band
Press the band release button that’s located on the reverse of the watchface just above the strap. Then simply slide the band sideways and out to remove it. If you have trouble releasing the strap, press the release button and try again.
Then simply take your replacement strap – ensuring it’s the right way round – and slide it into the watchface until you hear a click.
Link steel strap/bracelet
Follow the steps above, however for the link strap you’ll need to remove both sides of the strap at the same time.
