If you like the look of the Galaxy Note 3 but would prefer something made of synthetic leather instead of plastic, then the Zenus Masstige Cambridge Diary is a good choice. This is a simple design with few flourishes, instead option for a uniform navy look and subtle stitching in diagonals along the front and back. Internal pockets give you room to keep some emergency cash or that important piece of paper, while the button fastener ensures your phone’s screen stays protected. This case is a robust option and will suit anyone with classical tastes.
The Spigen Slim Armor Case is a rather different proposition, trading the classical feel of leather for something altogether more modern. This dual-layered case is made of both TPU and polycarbonate, making for an extremely impact-resist case that looks great. The case is available in multiple colours – infinity white, soul black, dodger blue, crimson red and the metal slate shown here – each of which with a metallic finish. If you’re looking for a highly protective case, this is a good shout.
Our first official case is one that I got to play with yesterday, and I was impressed with what I found. The window in the S View is really quite useful, and has been heavily upgraded from the same case on the Galaxy S4. Now you can access a much larger window with all kinds of useful information, included a full screen of notifications, a default page with the time, date, weather, steps taken and other bits and pieces, and a shortcut screen that gives you instant access to the camera, action memo and music controls. The colour of the window will even be chosen to complement the colour of your case, giving your phone a unique look.
If you like the look and feel of leather but you’d prefer a little more colour in your life, then you should have a look at the Zenus Masstige Color Edge. This case offers the same internal pockets and hand-made quality of the other Zenus case we looked at earlier, yet is much more colourful. The case also continues the line’s rugged design and button fastening, resulting in a durable case that’ll look better with wear.
Our final case today is one that I’ve featured before, the Spigen SGP Neo Hybrid Case. This is a cool case that balances an interesting look, good protection and a slim fit. The colours available – particularly the Reventon Yellow and Dante Red – are interesting to look at, and give a more modern look to the rather old-school stylings of the Note 3. All in all, a brilliant case and a great first step for anyone looking for a quality Note 3 case.
