It’s the start of a another new month, so I’ve just updated our release dates calendar to show the new handsets due out in the start of the New Year.
December was a very quiet month for handset releases, and January is set to be quiet too, but with Mobile World Congress coming up in a February, new handsets will be coming thick and fast. As they get announced and dates become available I’ll update the calendar.
Nokia
Nokia N900
Nokia will be expanding their N-Series range with the N900. The N900 runs a completely new operating system and is Nokia’s latest attempt to conquer the touchscreen market.
We also have a provisional release date for the new 6700 Slide and 7230.

Sony Ericsson X2
With the Satio now on sale, there’s not much due from Sony Ericsson, having said that, two new touch screen phones will be making their debut, the Windows powered X2 and the Android powered X10
