Does the Moto X Play support Quick Charge 2.0?

The Moto X Play has a massive 3630mAh battery, but somehow the phone only ships with a measly 1A charger. That means it takes an absolute age to recharge the phone, even though the X Play actually does support Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 standard (which uses 2A+ chargers at higher voltages).
