Lightning headphones & adapters coming to Mobile Fun

The latest rumours suggest that the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will drop the long-running 3.5mm port, and instead offer the choice between Lightning and Bluetooth headphones. That’s a pain in the neck for anyone that has a nice set of wired headphones, as you’ll need an adapter to connect to the next iPhone, but it also opens up new possibilities. We’ll be stocking a full range of Lightning headphones and adapters at Mobile Fun, so you’ll be fully prepared for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Let’s take a look.

iPhone 7 Lightning Earphones

First up we have these Lightning earphones for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. These headphones offer high-resolution 24-bit studio-quality audio, courtesy of the all-digital connection. They’re also complete with an in-line remote and microphone, allowing you to adjust the volume, skip tracks and hit pause when you need to. These in-ears also have ‘Made for iPhone’ (MFI) certification, ensuring that they meet Apple’s stringent standards.

Lightning to 3.5mm cable

Next up is a simple Lightning to 3.5mm cable, allowing you to use your existing 3.5mm headphones with the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and later iPhones. This cable also works well with speakers, with a healthy one metre length that makes plugging in easy. The cable includes in-line controls and a mic, allowing you to talk to Siri and control your music.

Lightning to 3.5mm adapter

Finally we have a shorter Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, ideal if your 3.5mm headphones already come with a sufficiently long cable. Just plug into the control box at the end of the line, and you’ll get an integrated microphone, three button controls and of course full compatibility with the new iPhone models.
