The OnePlus Two was announced earlier this week, and already we’re starting to see the first third-party cases for the phone. The first thing you need to know about the FlexiShield is that it’s a very popular case, one of our best-sellers. That’s largely down to its combination of good protection at little cost. That includes a low price – just £6 – but it also refers to the case’s low weight and thin dimensions. By adding this to your phone, you’re not making your wallet much thinner to make your phone much thicker.
The next thing is that the FlexiShield offers surprisingly good protection for its cost. The gel material used combines the flexibility and grip of a silicone case with the protective abilities of a TPU case. Your phone might not survive a tough drop, but the case is more than sufficient for absorbing smaller knocks and blocking scratches from afflicting the back or sides. The case also adds a little bit of a lip around the screen, preventing damage there too.
