OtterBox iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus cases available soon

OtterBox cases are among the most popular in the world, so we were keen to have them ready to go for the new iPhone models. Today, we’re happy to confirm that all OtterBox cases for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are available for pre-order from Mobile Fun, to be sent out as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

There are three varieties available – the lightweight Commuter, the stylish Symmetry, and the heavy-duty Defender. Each of these is available in multiple colours for both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Let’s take a closer look at each.

OtterBox Commuter

The Commuter is our best-selling OtterBox case, offering a good blend of protection and diminutive dimensions. The Commuter uses a dual-layer system of silicone and polycarbonate to provide protection, preventing damage from both scratches and drops. A self-adhesive screen protector is also included, protecting the screen from scratches and abrasions. Silicone port covers are used to keep your phone’s connectors clear of dirt and dust. If you’re looking for a strong middle-of-the-road option, then the Commuter is a great choice.

OtterBox Symmetry

The OtterBox Symmetry is the latest case to be developed by OtterBox. It is a dual-layer design like the Commuter, but with synthetic rubber and polycarbonate instead of silicone and polycarbonate. The Symmetry is also a little thinner than its equally-priced peer. A raised lip around the screen helps protect it from impact damage.

OtterBox Defender

The Defender is the biggest and most protective OtterBox case on the market, offering considerable scratch and impact resistance. That’s down to a three-layer system, which includes a thermal-formed screen protector, a polycarbonate inner layer and a silicone outer shell. The combination is a strong one, but it does make the Defender a little thicker than its peers. That’s been addressed with an included holster, which can be attached to let you keep the phone on your belt.
