Spigen produced some of our most popular cases for the Google Nexus 4 and Samsung Galaxy S4, so we’re pleased to confirm that Spigen will be making cases for the Google Nexus 5. We’re launching three amazing Spigen case lines today for the upcoming Google flagship: the Ultra Hybrid, the Neo Hybrid and the Slim Armor.
Spigen SGP Ultra Hybrid
The Ultra Hybrid is our first case. It’s got a wicked sick design, that combines the clear plastic cover on the rear with a stylish bumper around the edges of the device. Each of the four corners are air cushioned to prevent damage from drops and knocks, while the rear plastic prevents scratches and knicks to the vulnerable rear chassis of the Nexus 5. The protection is good, but what makes the Ultra Hybrid great is its slim signature – this case adds so little to the slim Nexus 5. The Ultra Hybrid is the most affordable Spigen case as well, making it a great introduction to Spigen cases and the Nexus 5 itself. The Ultra Hybrid is available in two shades – grey and black.
Spigen SGP Neo Hybrid
The next featured case is the Neo Hybrid. This is a highly robust case, boasting comprehensive protection thanks to its use of both TPU and polycarbonate. That combination, with the TPU back cover and the polycarbonate frame, results in a case that won’t let you down. The case is more of a fashion statement than the Ultra Hybrid, with the striking colour of the bumper component contrasting with the black of the rear cover. The Neo Hybrid is available in three gorgeous colourways – Metal Slate, Satin Silver and Champagne Gold.
Spigen SGP Slim Armor
Our final case is also the most protective – the Slim Armor. This is a dual layer case, with a TPU frame covered with a polycarbonate midsection for added durability. Surprisingly, the case is still quite slim, and adds rather than takes away from the Nexus 5’s shape. The colours are striking here as well, with options for Champagne as well as the standard black and white.

I wonder if the cases are cheaply made and break or dont grasp the device easily. Cause you get what you pay for.
