Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 is an awesome smartphone-controlled quadrocopter

The AR.Drone 2.0 is just really awesome. It’s a quadrocopter that you can control using your phone or tablet. It’s video games meets the real world – because there’s a video camera on the AR.Drone, you can fly it around with a streaming first person perspective. You can even record HD stills and video of your voyages.

If you’ve got two AR.Drones, it gets even cooler – the two craft can have a 1v1 duel in the sky, where each player will try to score hits on their opponent while avoiding the shots of their rival. You can also just chase each other around and generally have a good time exploring the world from the air.
