It may seem as if it was only recently that the iPhone 13 was launched, and already Apple is going to soon release the iPhone 14 models. However, Apple is always ahead of its game when it comes to offering users the latest and best-featured devices.
We have heard quite a few rumours about the iPhone 14 well before the iPhone 13 was even released, meaning that now that the iPhone 13 has already been released and the iPhone 14 is close to being released, there are many more leaks and rumours on what the iPhone 14 has to offer us. We’ll discuss below some of the rumours and leaks that we have heard.
So it has been rumoured that Apple is going to ditch small sized phones such as the 5 inches iPhone mini and offer users with bigger phones. The iPhone 14 model is likely to be 6.1 inches, with the iPhone 14 Pro max being rumoured to be a size of 6.7 inches which is QUITE bigger.
There is also news that the notch for the Face ID that is featured in iPhones for facial recognition is going to be changed around for the latest iPhone 14 models. However, there are several different rumours on what exactly Apple will be going for and so this is not clear yet.
Another rumour we have heard is that the iPhone 14 may have a new rear camera design, and that Apple is introducing a thicker body for its iPhone 14 model. Having a thicker body would mean that the camera bump that is usually in other iPhones will no longer be needed.
It has also been said that the latest iPhones may feature a titanium frame as well as a redesign in the phones speakers.
As all latest iPhones usually receive an update for their cameras, the iPhone 14 will also be providing users with upgraded camera features. It has been rumoured that the iPhone 14 models will see to improvements in the Ultra wide camera and the iPhone 14 model cameras may also feature 8k video recording capability, which would be awesome.
Regarding chip sets, many have rumoured that the iPhone 14 standard model may feature the same A15 chip set as seen in other latest iPhones, however the iPhone 14 Pro Max may offer an updated A16 chipset.
If you were looking forward to purchasing the iPhone 14 mini, unfortunately Apple have decided not to go forward with the iPhone 14 Mini that many of us were expecting. However, there will still be 4 editions released this year. Rumours have claimed that people should expect a new entry level and pro models and a complete redesign.
Both the 14 and 14 pro will come in a standard and a larger size. An iPhone 14 max, without the classification of “Pro”.
