The Samsung Galaxy S7 is one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2016, but in an unprecedented leak we’re able to show you how the phone will look right now.
Thanks to a series of case renders that we’ve acquired from case-maker Olixar, you can see the overall design of the Galaxy S7 — and how it looks in the FlexiShield case, of course. The design is quite similar to the Galaxy S6, but there are some important differences, too.
The front-facing camera has moved to the far right side of the top bezel. The SIM card tray has moved lower on the side, potentially to give space for a dual-slot SIM and micro SD combo tray. Finally, the home button is more shallow and more rectangular than its predecessor.
The phone will be slightly thicker than the Galaxy S6, which may allow Samsung to include a pressure-sensitive screen like that of the iPhone 6S or Huawei Mate S.
We’ve already added the case to our virtual shelves, and of course that’ll be followed by many more cases once the phone is officially announced in the first quarter of next year. It is available in the four colours you see above: black, frost white, blue and purple.
