The OneCable to rule them all… now with Lightning!

It’s easy to forget to bring a charging cable with you, and it gets harder the more different devices you need to charge. That’s why we introduced the OneCable, a cable that packs three common connectors into one tiny USB charger. Now, we’re introducing a more modern OneCable that offers the latest Apple connector: Lightning.

So on the older OneCable we had Mini USB, Micro USB and Apple 30 Pin connectors. Mini USB has all but disappeared from modern smartphones – whether Android, BlackBerry or Windows Phone – so we decided to remove the Mini USB connector and replace it with Apple’s new Lightning connector, which will be used on all iOS devices going forward – including the iPhone 5, iPad 4, iPad Mini and iPod Touch 5G.

As well as providing connectivity for pretty much any smartphone or tablet you can imagine, this cable has a few other tricks up its sleeve. The bulk of the 70 cm cable is wound around a spool near the USB connector, ensuring you never have to deal with tangles ever again. It also means you can adjust its length to suit, so you don’t have wires dangling all over the place unnecessarily. The cable’s made flat too, which reduces its tangling potential even further.

So if you’re looking for one USB charger to rule them all – including new Apple Lightning products! – then this is the OneCable for you.
