The iPad Mini is expected to be sitting under a lot of Christmas trees this year – It’s the big little Apple tablet that really showed their attack on the small tablet market, especially the popular Nexus 7. So to celebrate the popularity of the iPad Mini, here’s our current three favourite accessories:
iPad Mini Smart Cover
First up is the Genuine Apple iPad Mini Smart Cover which like the original iPad Smart Covers protects the display of the tablet from any damage caused by scrapes, scratches and dirt. It’s extremely clever and simply uses the magnets of the iPad to clip on – you can actually hold the Smart Cover in the air and the iPad won’t fall off (we don’t recommend doing this though!). The Smart Cover works with the sleep function of the iPad Mini too so it’s easy to leave work and pick up where you left up from, all whilst saving battery. However where the Smart Cover really stands out from the crowd is that the cover can actually be folded into a handy stand which is perfect for when typing, swiping and streaming media through the Mini. Kitsound Audio Earmuff Headphones
These headphones are really cute and great iPad Mini accessories for these chilly winter months. Not only do they play music from any 3.5mm headphone jack (so not just the iPad Mini) but they’re earmuffs too so keep your ears nice and toasty. Simply plug the lead into the headphone jack and your music will play through the 40mm drivers, so they’re really loud and great for both bass and more acoustic music. The final accessory is the ultimate family iPad Mini cover. Not only does it protect the iPad Mini from daily damage and bumps and drops but it also turns the iPad into a cute character: the iGuy. The iGuy is great for when kids are using the iPad Mini as it’s chunky enough to hold and even has arms for added grip and so that the iPad can be carried easily. The iGuy has two sturdy legs too which allow the iPad Mini to be stood up when it’s being used, so streaming media is a lot more comfortable. It’s a great family case and with more and more educational apps becoming available on tablets, means that the children can learn and play at the same time.
