Visited a Vodafone shop while at Manchester to have a new contract but there was NO signal at all inside that mall! So I canceled right away, they apologized yet they let me keep my Ericsson T10i (back in 1999 guys!)

The most unusual thing that has happened to was when I put my phone into Be repaired at the O2 shop where I have my account to find that when I receaved it back it was changed over to Orange network
