User ChubbySicilianKid over on Reddit’s /r/funny posted the above picture, showing how his dad charges his mobile phone. It looks like a battery charger designed for car batteries, attached to a a cigarette lighter adapter with clips, then converted to micro USB. Pretty crazy looking, but it actually works and isn’t even dangerous – at each step along the way, the converters do their job well and by the time it gets to the phone it’s just the same as any other power source.
