For the launch of our fantastic new multi-purpose product, the StuckBuddy Universal Suction Cup Stand, we asked those of you who are our friends on Facebook for the best, funniest and most inventive ideas on how to use it.
Many congratulations to Graham Nicholls, who impressed us with his idea of making bath-time more fun by sticking five of them to the shower wall and playing hoopla with them! He won a snazzy Samsung Bluetooth Speaker System in honour of his genius. Well done Graham!
And here’s the best of the rest:
If your balding husband keeps you awake with his snoring, simply lick and stick the Stuckbuddy to the back of his head. This will prevent him from sleeping on his back and therefore reduce the chance of any snoring !
I would use the Stuckbuddy to leave objects standing at awkward angles, and change them when people aren’t looking to confuse them.
Generally I find the best things in life are when you wind up your children! I’d stick the stuck buddy to my youngest daughters dolly’s forehead. ‘Your Dolly’s turning into a Dalek – RUN!’
I’d stick it on my forehead so when I fall asleep at work I wouldn’t hurt myself headbutting the keyboard!
I’d get a dozen and use them to stick all remote controls out of reach/climbing distance of my 18mth old, then maybe i’d get to see a programme without channel flicking all the way through lol
I would use it to prop up my book so I can multi task and read my book whilst waiting for an internet page to load
i would use a pair of them to walk up walls like spiderman (but any children reading don’t do this at home).
put them under my shoes so i could bounce to the pub quicker
I would use the stuckbuddy to create a cat outfit, six of them will make me look like a proper kitty…
I know exactly what i’d do! I often to craft sessions with my step daughter, and we get glue, glitter and sequins everywhere! We always find the how to make videos on youtube! So by using one of the stuckbuddys, we could watch the how to videos without getting my precious phone covered in glue!
I would use the stuckbuddy to hang my dogs leads on so they don’t hear me opening the drawer and start getting under my feet before we’ve even got out the door. Sneaky silence needed when getting dog leads!!!!
I’d use it to secure my last hand hold on my ascent of the South Face of the Eiger, no sense in falling off at the last minute.
I’d use a cord to dangle the StuckBuddy from the ceiling in front of my treadmill, then stick my iPod Touch on it when exercising. Flying iPod Touch effect ftw!
i’d use them to stick my photo on the tv, so everything i watch has me in it
Of course, not everything you can use the StuckBuddy for is quite as wacky – it makes a great universal stand for any smartphone, as well as working well as an iPad stand or iPad 2 stand.
