Top 3 Budget Nokia Handsets For Business

I wasn’t overly excited when given the chance to write about these devices, but during my research I have decided ‘the oldies are the goodies’. It has been many years since any phone of mine lasted over 2 days without a charge, but all of these little beauties did that with ease. Also they are light, another thing I miss from ‘the good old days’, rather than having to wear a belt just so the weight of my new super device doesn’t take my trousers down to my ankles!

Anyway here is what I think of them and how they may help your business workforce:

1. Nokia 1616 – The Cheapest

The best value handset within the range, a great price for such a necessary piece of kit. Nice little screen with a backlit colour display. Looks like a tough cookie as well, I’m guessing it can handle a few small drops, although of course I don’t recommend trying it! Apparently the handset can last over 2 weeks on standby without needing a charge, very impressive! Also you never know when you may need the handy little flash light that this comes packed with!

2. Nokia 2323 – The Most Popular

Some nice little improvements here over the Nokia 1616, the stand out being the internet connection. That’s right this cracking little handset has internet access, all be it WAP, but internet none the less. It also lets you receive emails which is very handy indeed! All this combined with over 500 hours standby time and a phone book capable of 1000 entries makes this a top budget handset.

3. Nokia 2730 – The Better Looking

Wow! What a little looker, this is more of the stylish field agent handset rather than the robust engineer handsets that appeared earlier in the blog. This one packs a serious punch, it has lots to talk about for such a small price tag.

Check these main features out:

  • 2 Megapixel Camera with video recording
  • Memory card slot (up to 2Gb, 1 Gb included)
  • MP3/WAV/WMV/eAAC+ player
  • Bluetooth

I suppose that really I can’t really decide which is the best and worse as they are all designed for different uses within different industries, but the fact that these handsets all make the ‘Top 3’ list means that they are all excellent. Well worth the small amount of anyone’s money to get these in to your business!

Don’t forget all the Nokia accessories here. Things like car chargers, cases and bluetooth equipment.
