The Scale, which works with Apple and Android devices, is an easy way to track your weight and BMI. It works like a regular scale, displaying your weight on a LED display when you step on it. That information is then stored in the scale and transmitted to your phone when it’s in range, with a precision rating of 50 grams and a range of 5 to 150 kilograms.
Once your weight and BMI are transmitted to your phone, you can find them in the Mi Fit app. This app, which is also used for the Mi Band, makes it easy to see how your weight and BMI figures have changed since you started using the scale, and correlate these figures with your exercise and diet. Your smartphone will become a hub to set, track and follow your fitness data, day and night.
