To use the promotional code:

    I’ve just spoken to Customer Services and a refund will be processed for the £5. We can’t take it off the order value as the transactions have all been processed and are in the process of being despatched, so you should see it credited back onto your card in the next few days.

    Any problems give me a shout.

  5. Hi James, You’ve not been ripped off don’t worry. We did put a banner on every product page and on the check out to let everyone know about the offer as we know that often people come into the site through google.

    We’re not in the offices now until tuesday, but let me know your order number and I’ll see if we can get the £5 refunded.

  6. damn, I clicked to the site through google shopping straight to the item i wanted to buy & missed out on the £5 off , as i didnt check out the home page before ordering.
    wouldnt it have been more user friendly to just say £5 off all orders over £30 & automatically deduct it? I feel ripped off. :-(
