Returns
We've made our returns process super simple! Pick a returns method below:
Evri ** (UK Only)
- Fill in the Returns Form
- Choose between ParcelShop or Locker drop off to send the parcel back using our Evri returns service. Please note that you should use the retailer name "Lovecases" to generate your prepaid label on the Evri website.
- Drop off your parcel at one of your local Evri ParcelShops.
- Now sit back and track your parcel all the way back to us!
- You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return, which is normally within 7 days.
** Please note that all non-faulty and incorrectly ordered units returned using this service will incur a charge of £4.00, which will be deducted from your final refund value.
For all other returns...
- Fill in the Returns Form
- Print the confirmation email that we will send you.
- Send your item with the email printout attached to the returns address below. We recommend using a local tracked or signed-for service.
- You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return, which is normally within 7 days.

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay any import duty or taxes on your shipment, resulting in its return to Mobile Fun, a returns administration charge of £5.00 (or equivalent in local currency) will be deducted from your refund.
