    I feel like I can drop the phone while it's in this case and it will be okay - it's thick and rubbery enough that it feels safe, but has a smooth feel and doesn't make the phone to bulky. It also shows the colour of your phone through it really well (I have the blue model, I imagine this would be desired fit the gold model too). Would definitely recommend.
