This phone case LOOKS awesome, black with shiny silver highlights! The wireless charging actually works! Mind you it took me 30 times trying the first three times with the wireless charging. It always gives the tone that the charging starts and the white lightning icon comes on, then after 10 seconds the lightning icon would go away and the blue light on the wireless charger goes to blinking. Now I can get it in the right spot within three tries. Here's what I learned, the ring has to be perpendicular to vertical and the case has to be in the just right position, not too far up, not too far down. Nothing else I've found with a ring is compatible with wireless charging so even though this is tricky, its amazing that it works.
The ring is awesome! It is stiff and durable, it won't become loose with time. It works horizontally and vertically and I can hold my phone on my middle finger with both hands on the wheel for GPS. Love this little ring.
The drop protection on top and bottom are very questionable, the silver material allthough it looks beautiful is brittle and weak. I dropped the case and the phone was sliding across my dresser, when I grabbed the phone I caught it by the silver bottom which spearated from the phone and slowed it down a bit. Then the comedy of errors began! I tried to put the bottom back on to the main case and it didn't work right away so I tried pushing harder and it chipped the case. Then I tired the other side and the same thing happened. There's a silver tab in the middle over the lightning port and that has to be in place before snapping in the edges. Then the whole silver piece snapped in half.
So, in summary, looks awesome, ring works perfect, wireless charging is tricky but awesome, safety/protection is not strong.
