Product is 5 star. However, as an Irish resident it should have been more clear delivery of the product was going to be delayed by days due to customs. I had to pay another 6 euro for tax/customs and it was delayed by a further 3 days. I possibly won't be purchasing from mobilefun again for this type of product which I needed urgently for a new phone, better to find a more local supplier. It's not your fault there are now additional tax requirements, but making customers aware of this is your responsibility.
