Very good quality case. It makes the a13 feel like a better quality phone than it is. Great customer service, they even respond with about actual representative. Pay attention to your shipping method because the cheapest option is an untracked shipping service ,which had me skeptical. The customer service rep was there to provide reassurance. Can take a little extra time on delivery when shipping international but that has nothing to do with the company, that's the mail carrier.

I don't normally shop on line but wanted to protect my new phone. Cases were not yet available in the stores so I bought on line. However, I thought I'd bought a wallet, not just a backing case, so last week I had to spend again on a wallet. The backing case was fine, but not what I wanted. I was a bit confused with the photo on line.
