The cover fits well, great protection for my Kindle and looks good. Opening and closing the cover wakes the Kindle and puts it to sleep as it should BUT THERE'S A HUGE PROBLEM - if you fold the cover all the way round (so you can use the built-in hand strap) the on/off switch is over the magnet again and promptly puts the Kindle to sleep again. You cannot use the strap and must keep the cover open to use the Kindle. I don't think anyone tested this on a real kindle.

The information regarding this case was right apart from the automatic turn off of the Kindle when the cover was closed. I think this was taken from an iPad, this would turn off when the cover is closed.
The shell the Kindle sits in is a little loose, making me think it is going to slip out. Folding the cover back and placing the fingers in the strap on the cover for 1 handed use would be easier if the cover was a little stiffer as the Kindle hangs down.
All that said, the cover is well made and good value.

My Kindle paperwhite is more at risk of damage using this case than without. The plastic backing that is supposed to securely hold the kindle in place is 3mm too high 1mm too wide (poor manufacturing) so it doesn't hold the device securely at all, to fix this I would probably need to resort to using velcro. Furthermore the auto on/off function does not work so something seems to be wrong also with the magnet placement. Finally when you open the cover and use the hand sleeve, the cover slumps down due to being flimsy at around a 30 degree angle. Epic fail on all levels...never before have I been so compelled just to bin it in disgust, beware and avoid.

I bought this cover for my kindle and it came very quickly - it fits like a glove - and I like the hand grip on the back so you do not need to use both hands to hold it - you do not need to keep turning your kindle on and off - just close the cover and open again when ready to read -- I would recommend this product highly

The Kindle case fits my PaperWhite very nicely. It has a lovely feel to it too and appears to be very good quality (I only have it one day so far!) The only issue so far is that when I fold the cover back, the metal strip on the cover seems to be be turning the Kindle off. I'll have to experiment with this a bit to see what works best.
