I was concerned at first as I did not receive a confirmation email, but the products arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the case. It is robust and, combined with the screen covers I purchased the phone seems well protected. My only issue with the case is that I need to remove it if I am using a phone jack cable, but this appears to be the case with every protective cover I have bought in the past.
