Thank you for your last request asking for a review but firstly hard to find on your email page!
Link at the btm linked to other things eg no customer relations team, no survey, no survey, no reply possible (no reply email!).
Just as I was abt to delete I saw a scrappy insert ‘Write a Review’.
Not good. But….
