I have only had this for a few weeks, but so far so good and works perfectly with my Samsung s7+ tablet. I use noise cancelling headphones and have not experienced any issues with controlling the volume or pausing tracks when listening to music. I hope it lasts as the cord does seem a little flimsy to me.
