There is very little choice on cases for Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE. I don't like that the pen is "exposed" both with and without a case. There must be a way to protect the pen better. But... it is what it is! This case seems robust, mostly stays in place and makes a reasonable stand (points the camera a little high).
My top tip would be to keep the pen somewhere safe when moving around..
