Great cover but has issues

I was excited to receive this cover after researching more environmentally friendly protective cover options.
Firstly I was a little disappointed in the amount of packaging that came with the case. The environmental credentials quickly get eroded when there is excessive plastic and superfluous packaging. This could be done a heck of a lot smarter. I was pretty pleased with the case though.
After using the case for only a week with just the usual wear and tear I noticed that there were cracks in the plastic housing the holds the actual phone in two corners.
The case is covered by a lifetime warranty so I got in touch with Krusell and they are going to replace it. Hopefully it is just a problem with my case and not with all Krusell cases. The plastic cover is quite rigid so that may be a problem with this range.
If all goes well with my replacement I will happy upgrade the rating to 4.5 stars (half a star less for the packaging), otherwise I think this cover is not fit for purpose
