The product itself is OK, it's a basic smart watch and exactly what you expect for under £30. Initially I got in contact with customer services as the product didn't come with a charger. Mobile fun answered a question in a section of the page stating that it did come with a charger... After some discussion, I had to return the product despite it being perfectly fine just missing a charger. The person I spoke to was polite and tried to help. They sent out a replacement as I had paid for next day delivery for the first watch. I received the replacement only to find that it also does not have a charger! So back to square 1 but I'm not going through returning it again, I will charge it with my laptop.

Easy to set up, connected quickly. Clock keeps reverting to 12 hr if I let the battery get too low. It then takes 24 hrs to revert to 24 hr clock. It sometimes thinks I am sleeping when I am just resting during the evening. Sometimes it doesn’t record my sleep. I would say inconsistent. The steps are accurate. Despite everything I like it.

I just wanted to track distance and record a few details. This watch does what I need it to do. I was so impressed with it I bought one for my wife as well. Also the steps tracker is more accurate than previous fitness watches I have had. Very pleased with it.

I would have expected a delivery driver to get out the car and knock on my door, or even ring the bell rather than not getting out the car because it was raining and driving off. The extra I paid for next day delivery was clearly wasted.
