UK Delivery:Evri Standard Tracked: £3.99
Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Orders delivered to your doorstep with detailed tracking and 2-hour delivery window.
Evri Express Tracked: £4.99
Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. Orders delivered to your doorstep with detailed tracking and 2-hour delivery window.
DPD Tracked Next Working Day: £7.49
Delivery time: Next working day, from the point of dispatch. Orders placed before 3pm (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.
Contactless Delivery
In order to deliver your orders safely, a number of our partners have introduced a minimal contact or contactless delivery service. By doing so both our customers and our delivery partners are kept safe. Click here to see which couriers are able to offer contactless delivery.
Please note:
1. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, Mobile Fun are not responsible if this varies.
2. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
3. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
4. When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
5. If goods are returned to Mobile Fun because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
6. All transactions will be subject to UK VAT. You are advised to place orders with a shipping destination outside of the EU using the above shipping options (which also operate within some non-EU territories e.g. Jersey & Guernsey – VAT-free zones outside of normal UK and CE trade tariffs); in doing so you agree to accept the VAT levied against your purchase.
7. We can only class a parcel as lost after the order has been shipped and the following timeframe has passed:
a - Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 1st Class Saver (24) and Evri Standard Tracked - After 12 working days.
b - DPD - After the courier has verified the parcel is lost through their tracking systems.
c - Royal Mail International Sort - EU - up to 20 working days and ROW up to 25 working days.
d - Evri - after 15 working days
Terms and Conditions
- Please note orders for batteries and power banks may be subject to delays due to dangerous goods shipping requirements.
- Delivery via DPD Next Working Day will take two days for the Northern Highlands, Northern Ireland and other distant areas. For DPD deliveries, we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items on the same day (Monday to Friday) if you order before 6 pm. Please note DPD only delivers Monday-Friday.
- Please note delivery times may be affected during National Bank Holidays.
