I bought this case as I wanted something that looked really different. Many cases are just generic looking and if you spend a small fortune then why would you be happy having something that provides the same level of protection and looks the same as a £1.99 case. This however looks great, feels great and does the job without breaking the bank.

It is a little slippery in the hand at times but that's not a major gripe.

It looks elegant, has a nice leathery feel and doesn't take away the sleekness of my Galaxy S2. But that's where the positives stop, because it doesn't dock properly on to my Android docking station and speakers. Definitely someone should have thought about this and made the openings a bit bigger! In theory I could remove the sleeve every time, but here kicks problem number two in, which is the sleeve is hard to pull on properly. It took me ages to get it over the last edge, so going through the hassle every time I want to charge my phone is simply not worth it. Luckily enough my loudspeakers connect over bluetooth, which makes the whole thing bearable, but on the whole I am quite disappointed.

Delighted with my Casemate Barely There. It adds hardly any extra bulk but gives a nice feeling of solidity and protection to the handset. I love the texture as well which is extremely tactile and not slippery in the slightest. You really do forget your phone is wearing a case at all.

This isn't the case for someone planning to take their Samsung to inhospitable environments like the beach or a festival or anywhere where extra protection from the elements is needed but for everyday urban use, it's perfect.
Recommended.

Its certainly "bling" but who cares, its like having a new phone all over again,do you remember the stares when you pull out your new phone, well get used to that. It fits like a glove straight out the box and on the phone 5 seconds, its a bit pricey though!!. So get polishing and dazzle your mates, all I can say is wow, can't stop looking at it.

I bought this case because it was recommended for the phone and I was having a problem with other cases causing 'echo' on the sound. The barely there case fits realy well, and I have no complaints about echo since using it. Would have liked to get it in another colour, but black matches the phone so that's OK.

Very good quality flexible plastic case for galaxy s2.Not hard plastic like a crystal case so shouldnt mark the phone.Silicone like feel to the outside so you have a better grip.All cut outs are very precise and the one around the on/off button stops you pressing this button my mistake whilst handling the phone. Adds very little weight or bulk to the phone as it is so thin.Very happy with the case and the usual good service from Mobile Fun.

If like me you were a bit overcome with the huge choice of S2 cases, then I can recommend this. I have the white S2 and this slim case really sits on the phone well without adding to size. Totally protects the back and I barely notice it. Good choice. Looks great.

Advantages:
Mirror effect - doubles as a mirror.
Makes it look more expensive.
Makes it thicker.

Disadvantages:
Shiny surface meaning it is slippy and not so grippy.
Already colour discolouration around edges after keeping it in pocket.

Very pleased with this - fits really well, doesn't move round on the phone, looks smart. Very nice indeed. I haven't tested its protection (hoping to avoid doing so. ), but it should certainly keep the scratches at bay. Only one downside is it really seems to attract dust (and cat-hair!).

I purchased this chrome cover for my samsung galaxy s2 after reading quite a few reviews on different websites and i am very pleased with the item. It fits my phone like a glove but is still simple to remove it to access the phones back cover and battery etc. It compliments the phone very well and still allows the phone to retain its slim look. All in all an excellent purchase which I have no hesitation in recommending.

I seriously thought it was made of some sort of metal :D But its actually made of plastic. However in my opinion its a better sollution because it doesnt weight as much as metal and probabley absorbs more shock if dropped. Also phone in the pictures looks very bulky so thats very misleading for someone who plans to buy one of these. Much better grip on the phone with this case and it doesnt get boring as other black plastic cases after time. It does look very cheap without the phone but its totally different when fitted. It doesnt scratch that much but have few already however i think scratches look worst on black plastic than on this. I would recommend this one as its very stylish sleek and not as shiny as i would thought before i bought it. Fast delivery and on top of that two vouchers with 75 quid discount for a case of wine

I had "barely there" - case also on my HTC Desire and that was great,first impression about this was that is this thicker or something, doesn`t feel so good.. But after few hours I got used to it, no need to search anything else.

Loving this classy case. It really is 'barely there' due to it's lightness and thinness. Before it arrived, I was a little worried about it being too silvery but on delivery, it's a nice kind of slightly smoked sliver that so suits the S2. Fantastic service from MobileFun with next day delivery...... superfast!!
