The X10 Mini<\/a> is surprisingly powerful considering its compact size, but to really make the most out of the phone and to keep it looking at it’s best you’ll need to invest in a few accessories. There are loads of Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Accessories<\/a> to choose from so I thought I’d highlight just 5 that do a great job of enhancing or protecting the X10 Mini.<\/p>\n

1. <\/strong>Sony Ericsson MW600 Stereo Bluetooth Headset<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

I’ve featured the MW600 a few times on the blog as it’s such a great headset. It’s a compact bluetooth receiver with a 3.5mm jack plug for any standard headphones.<\/p>\n

What makes this stand out from other Stereo headsets is that it has a built in FM Radio that works completely independently from the phone. This means that it won’t drain any power from your phone and you can still use the radio when your phone is switched off.<\/p>\n

The MW600 is a mulit-point headset too which means that you can use it with 2 devices at the same time – your phone and an iPod touch, PC\/Mac or Playstation 3. There’s also a built in screen that shows you caller ID and track information without having to look at your phone.<\/p>\n

2. <\/strong>Sandisk 16GB Memory Card<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Given it’s compact size, it’s no surprise that the X10 Mini only has a limited amount of internal storage \u2013 128MB. As a result, one of the first purchases you will need to make is a memory card. You should have got a 2GB card in the box with the phone, but this will fill up quickly with photos and video so a larger card is a must.<\/p>\n

A 16GB memory card will let you store over 2000 high quality photos, 2000 songs and<\/em> around 1 hour of standard definition video with room left over for your apps. A larger\u00a032GB Micro SD HC memory card<\/a> is also available if you need even more storage space.<\/p>\n

3. <\/strong>Sony Ericsson X10 Mini MFX Screen Protector<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Even the smallest of screens can scratch, so you’ll want to protect it by using a screen protector. The MFX Screen protector is cut to size for the X10 Mini so you won’t need to trim it to size, just remove the backing and apply it to the screen of your phone.<\/p>\n

The X10 Mini does well when it comes to power and battery life, mainly due to the smaller screen, but there will still be times when you get caught short when you’re away from the house and even more so if you use your X10 Mini for Sat Nav or with other GPS Apps. A car charger is the best way to keep your phone charged while you’re on the road.<\/p>\n

There are loads of car chargers available for the X10 Mini, but not all can get the charge into the phone fast enough when you’re using GPS. The AN300 Car Charger is designed with this in mind and will charge your phone even if you are using power draining apps such as Sat Nav.<\/p>\n

5. <\/strong>PDair Vertical Leather Pouch Case for Sony Ericsson X10 Mini<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s a fact that everyone drops their phone, and although the X10 Mini is tough and well built, if you drop it you’ll damage the outer casing or break the screen. A case is the best protection you can get against knocks and drops, but given the design of the phone, not all cases will work well with the X10 Mini.<\/p>\n
