Nokia chargers<\/a> really aren’t that interesting, after all, it only charges your phone. But I thought the new Nokia AC-15X<\/a> deserved a quick mention due to it’s quirky new design.<\/p>\n

Over the last few years Nokia Chargers have gotten smaller, lighter and more energy efficient. The AC15X is their smallest and lightest one yet and features a unique sliding third pin.<\/p>\n

The ‘Earth’ pin on Nokia chargers isn’t really needed and has been made from plastic for as long as I can remember, but every charger has to have to – if nothing else to keep it secure in the socket. This normally means that chargers are square or rectangular and take up quite a bit of space in your bag when you’re travelling.<\/p>\n

The new sliding pin retracts into the base of the charger when it’s not in use – this allows the body of the charger to be around half the size of a standard Nokia AC4x Mains Charger<\/a> and a lot lighter.<\/p>\n
