<\/p>\nThe first cases for three hotly anticipated smartphones — the Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8 Edge, and LG G6 — are now available for pre-order at Mobile Fun. Here’s what we know about each phone, and what cases are already on our virtual shelves!<\/p>\n

The phone, in brief:<\/strong> The Galaxy S8 (and its larger brother) will sport larger screens than their predecessors, yet be physically the same size thanks to minuscule bezels on all sides.\u00a0USB-C is expected for charging, although a few leaks have seemingly indicated Micro USB instead. Either way, expect the usual internal upgrades, including a powerful Snapdragon 830 chipset.<\/p>\n Cases & covers available:\u00a0<\/strong>Ghostek’s Atomic 3.0 case<\/a> is one of the first published images showing the Galaxy S8, including its incredibly thin bezels and other interesting details — it’s well worth a look.<\/p>\n Verus Design have also announced cases, including the see-through Crystal Bumper<\/a>, the stylish Dandy Wallet<\/a> and Simpli Mod Genuine Leather Case<\/a>. There’s also the High Pro Shield case<\/a>, which offers better protection through a two-tone, dual-layer design. Either way, expect to see two phones of different sizes, with similar internals and perhaps a few substantive changes between the two models — one report suggested we’d see a dual rear camera on a theoretical Galaxy S8 Plus, for example.<\/p>\n Cases & covers available:\u00a0<\/strong>We’re happy to announce FlexiShield cases<\/a> for the Galaxy S8 Edge \/ Galaxy S8 Plus. These budget cases are made of a flexible gel material, allowing for easy installation and good protection from knocks and scratches. There are three colours available: blue, solid black and 100% clear.<\/p>\n Verus Design have also provided the same cases as for the vanilla Galaxy S8, including the Crystal Bumper<\/a>, Dandy<\/a>, High Pro Shield<\/a> and Simpli Mod<\/a>. Check below for the latest cases to be announced.<\/p>\n Shop Galaxy S8 Edge cases now ><\/a><\/p>\n The phone, in brief:<\/strong> LG have announced that the phone will use copper heat pipes to spread heat around the phone, preventing any one area from overheating. An extremely wide display with a 2:1 ratio (18:9 compared to the usual 16:9) has also been rumoured. Inside, expect to see a Snapdragon 830 processor, wireless charging and Android 7.0 Nougat. Other features could include waterproofing, minimal bezels and an improved camera. Expect for it to be launched on February 26th, 2017.<\/p>\n Cases & covers available:<\/strong>\u00a0At the time of writing, only\u00a0case maker Verus has announced a few different models, each in several colours. The Crystal Bumper<\/a> will be transparent, with options for gold or silver trim, while the Dandy Leather Wallet<\/a>\u00a0has space for your cash and cards, and comes in three classic hues: black, dark brown and wine red.
