The OnePlus 3 was released only six months ago, but already a successor has arrived. The new model is called the OnePlus 3T, and it’s available for pre-order from tomorrow. Here’s what you need to know, included our recommended cases and accessories for the new phone!<\/p>\n

OnePlus 3T new specs & features<\/h2>\n

The OnePlus 3T is a faster and longer-lasting version of the OnePlus 3. The Snapdragon 820 processor has been replaced with a Snapdragon 821, the same bleeding-edge chip that powers Google’s Pixel phones. (However, the processor runs faster on the OP3T than it does on the Pixel, at 2.3GHz compared to the 2.15GHz of the Pixel — nice.)<\/p>\n

The battery has also become slightly larger, with a capacity of 3,400mAh compared to the 3,000mAh unit of the original OP3. That should give it about 15% longer battery life.<\/p>\n

The front-facing camera has also been upgraded, and now sports a frighteningly high-resolution 16-megapixel sensor — it was 8-megapixel before. The rear camera’s glass has also been upgraded to sapphire, which should make it more scratch-resistant.<\/p>\n

OnePlus 3T UK price & availability<\/h2>\n

The only other change? The price — it’s now \u00a3399 for the 64GB version and \u00a3439 for the 128GB model. That compares to \u00a3329 for the 64GB OnePlus 3. That reduces its value for money somewhat, but it’s still one of the most affordable flagship-grade smartphones on the market.<\/p>\n

The phone is available for pre-order from November 17th, and will be released by November 28th.<\/p>\n
