Controversially, the 3.5mm port will be removed in favour of Lightning and Bluetooth headphones. The Plus model will differentiate itself with a dual rear-facing camera, unlocking new photographic possibilities and ensuring better-looking results. The larger iPhone will\u00a0also include a version of the iPad Pro&#8217;s Smart Connector, allowing peripherals to be connected without covering the Lightning port &#8212; a necessity now that Lightning headphones are the go-to choice for new iPhone owners.<\/p>\n<p>Now, we&#8217;re starting to see cases and covers built with these traits in mind. Case maker Olixar is the latest to provide renders showing the new iPhone models, including a lack of 3.5mm jack on the bottom and the dual rear-facing cameras and Smart Connector on the 5.5-inch model.
