The Alcohoot is portable thanks to its light weight and compact design, so it’s easy to keep it with you or in your car. It looks like any other random smartphone gadget, so it won’t draw undue attention sitting around.<\/p>\n

The Alcohoot delivers its results using a free app for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, connecting via the ubiquitous 3.5mm headphone jack. As well as tracking the results, you’ll be able to see nearby restaurants or hail a taxi (or Uber) with a press of a button, making it easy to make plans if you do find that you’re over the legal limit.<\/p>\n

The Alcohoot has a rechargable internal battery, which is enough for 500+ BAC tests before needing a recharge. Once the battery has finally been exhausted, you can recharge it using the provided 3.5mm to USB charging cable. You’ll also get 8 mouthpieces, which are washable and reusable.<\/p>\n
