Wooden cases for the iPhone 6 and 6S are nice, but once you’ve seen one you’ve pretty much seen them all. Some kind of wood on the back, polycarbonate on the sides, and little else to really talk about. This case from Carved is different though – because it’s a mother-flippin‘<\/a> puzzle.<\/p>\n

Okay, so the Carved Puzzle Case<\/a> isn’t really a puzzle that requires much thought. Someone’s already solved it for you, it doesn’t make a picture of a goat or anything, and presumably that same someone has also glued all the pieces together so you can’t do it again. Still, it does look pretty snazzy, with real genuine 100% wood laser-cut into corresponding puzzle pieces. The 15 pieces come from a different types of wood, so you end up with quite an eye-catching design.<\/p>\n

The wooden pieces are inset in a polycarbonate case, which provides the majority of the impact protection while also adding much-needed grip. The case has cutouts for the buttons, camera, ports and speakers, and so you should have no accessibility issues with it.<\/p>\n

The Carved Wooden Random Puzzle Case is available in two colour schemes, Matte Black and Clear. This colour choice refers only to the polycarbonate section; you’ll receive wooden puzzle pieces of various colours in both models.<\/p>\n
