Once it goes live, you&#8217;ll be able to pay for goods and services in businesses across the UK, using your iPhone and Touch ID to authenticate payments to contactless payment terminals. For a full list of locations that will support Apple Pay from launch, check out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/uk\/apple-pay\/where-to-use-apple-pay\/\">Apple&#8217;s page on the subject<\/a>. You can also use Apple Pay to pay for goods and services in certain apps. That list includes Argos, Dominos, Just Eat and a fair few more.<\/p>\n<p>In order to set up your Apple Pay, you&#8217;ll need to be a member of one of a supported bank, including HSBC, Santander, Natwest, Nationwide, First Direction and a few others &#8211; basically all of the largest ones except for Barclays, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2015\/06\/29\/barclaycard-bpay-nfc-devices\/\">which is doing its own thing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobilefun.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Apple_Pay_UK_banks_1000.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-42278\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mobilefun.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Apple_Pay_UK_banks_1000.jpg\" alt=\"Apple_Pay_UK_banks_1000\" width=\"1000\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mobilefun.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Apple_Pay_UK_banks_1000.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.mobilefun.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Apple_Pay_UK_banks_1000-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mobilefun.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Apple_Pay_UK_banks_1000-450x253.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.mobilefun.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Apple_Pay_UK_banks_1000-730x410.jpg 730w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll also need an iPhone with an NFC chip, which includes just the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The Apple Watch can also make\u00a0Apple Pay payments, even if it&#8217;s paired with an iPhone 5, 5S or 5C. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobilefun.co.uk\/blog\/2015\/07\/photos-of-iphone-6s-components-and-shell-leaked\/\">iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus<\/a> will also support Apple Pay when they launch later this year.<\/p>\n<p>Apple Pay will be restricted to payments of \u00a320 or less until September, when the limit will be raised to \u00a330. In the future, this limit should be raised or eliminated entirely by UK lawmakers as contactless payments continue to grow in popularity, but no further limit increases have yet been set.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think of Apple Pay?
