You can save a lot of money in the mobile market by staying a bit behind the curve, and that’s exemplified by the BlackBerry 9720. The BlackBerry 9720 is far from outdated though. It includes a 2.8″ 480 x 360 pixel touchscreen with that excellent keyboard, allowing you to type or touch as it’s convenient. The phone also includes a 5 megapixel camera with flash, capable of capturing day-to-day moments with ease. The 9720 also includes a micro SD slot to complement its internal storage, allowing 32 GB of additional memory.<\/p>\n

One thing that classic BlackBerry phones excelled at was standby battery life, and that remains true for the 9720. The phone comes with a 1450 mAh battery that’s good for a staggering 432 hours – 18 days – of standby time. Talk time is also good at 7 hours, allowing for almost a full work day of talking. Bluetooth 2.1+EDR is supported, allowing for compatibility with the vast majority of headsets and other Bluetooth accessories on the market.<\/p>\n

If you’re not convinced by BlackBerry 10 and you want to save some money, the BlackBerry 9720 is an excellent choice. It’s a new sim-free phone with a 24 month manufacturer’s warranty, yet doesn’t cost much more than a used BlackBerry phone from years gone by.<\/p>\n
