The phone packs in a single core 1.5 GHz processor, three quarters of a gig of RAM, and 16 GB of internal storage, so it’s on the medium to high end of the smartphone market at the moment.

The giant Sensation also comes with the same Beats Audio integration as the earlier Sensation XE, offering a custom equaliser and included in-ear or over-ear Beats headphones. You’ll also find the trendy Beats logo on the phone’s tasteful white casing. As with all HTC phones, the build quality is excellent and the software (the included HTC Sense) top notch.

In terms of size, is it too big to fit in your pocket? According to our tests, it can fit in most medium to large sized men’s pockets (we couldn’t find a woman’s pocket to judge; we hear they’re just a fanciful rumour anyway though). The phone is, to my knowledge, the second biggest phone available on the market; only smaller than the Samsung Galaxy Note, which also lands today at Mobile Fun. The sim-free phone is also slightly bigger than the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, though it lacks that phone’s HD screen.

If you’re looking for a phone with an easy-to-read display, a powerful core and the phattest Beats, this is the one for you. If you’re interested in a gigantic phone that goes even further, stay tuned for our post on the Samsung Galaxy Note. Of course, we’ve also got the full range of HTC Sensation XL accessories, including HTC Sensation XL cases and screen protectors. With these essential accessories and the phone’s excellent durability, you’ll be sitting pretty.

The beautiful and bountiful HTC Sensation XL sim free is available for purchase from Moble Fun immediately.

The massively impressive (and massively massive) sim free HTC Sensation XL has just landed (with quite a big crash, I might add) at Mobile Fun.
