Protecting our shiny new phones is really important but sometimes it’s good to just buy an accessory which is full of style and shows off our phones. \u00a0My advice… go for a Skin.<\/p>\n

Skins don’t add any bulk to your handset, yet still offer some protective qualities (not as good as Otterbox cases and other thicker styles) but enough to protect the back of the handset from day to day bumps and scrapes.<\/p>\n

My current favourite skin is available for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S: It’s the id America Cushi Original Skin.<\/p>\n

This iPhone 4S skin<\/a> is made from a tough moulded EVA foam, making it more shock\u00a0absorbent\u00a0than regular skins and cases. \u00a0The soft foam pad also adds grip to the handset which is a great feature for clumsy people like myself.<\/p>\n

However what really appeals to me about the skin is it’s unique design – it reminds of a Where’s Wally, with it’s vibrant cartoon street scene. \u00a0The visuals have a 3D feel about them too, which adds another level to the skin and makes it more interesting than one coloured, 2D styles.<\/p>\n

As the skin doesn’t add any bulk to the handset, it can be used in conjunction with an iPhone 4S dock<\/a>. \u00a0All features of the handset are still accessible whilst the skin is attached, so your phone remains fully functioning at all times.<\/p>\n

To make this skin stand apart from iPhone 4S hard case<\/a> and other case styles, it comes complete with a crystal clear screen protector and six inter-changeable home button cushions; which match the style of the skin and help to protect the home button from dust and dirt. \u00a0The screen is\u00a0also\u00a0protected from scrapes and bumps, meaning if the skin is paired with a bumper you have complete protection of the handset without having to give up on style and size – win.<\/p>\n
