The latest trend these days is 3D, and the smartphone in your pocket is no exception. With the success of the Nintendo 3DS’s glasses-less 3D, the Evo 3D and Optimus 3D have used the same technology to bring 3D to Android, letting you record 3D videos and play them back without having to wear special glasses. With these cool new phones come cool new mobile accessories that’ll help you get the best out of your phone. If you’ve picked up a 3D phone, either LG’s Optimus 3D or HTC’s Evo 3D, then have a look!<\/p>\n

First we’ll look at LG Optimus 3D accessories<\/a>. For the optimal 3D viewing experience, you’ll want a LG Optimus 3D case<\/a> with an integrated Optimus 3D desk stand<\/a>. These cases allow you to keep the 3D at full force by ensuring your phone is always at the perfect viewing angle, instead of having to laboriously hold it yourself.<\/p>\n

My first recommendation then, is the well-respected Case-Mate Pop<\/a>. This case combines Case-Mate’s legendary durable structure with an integrated swing-out leg, which keeps the phone securely upright for desk use. The sides of the case are lined with an easily grippable surface, and of course there are all the right cutouts to ensure you can use the 3D camera to the fullest. It’s also good because can more easily fit into your LG Optimus 3D car holder<\/a>, something some larger cases struggle with.<\/p>\n

The next case I’d recommend is LG’s own Kick Stand Hard Case<\/a>. This back-and-sides case is cheaper than the more durable Pop, and is made by LG themselves so you can expect the same high quality materials to be used and the phone to fit precisely. This case is lighter than the previous one, so if you’re not too worried about protection it makes a good choice.<\/p>\n

Of course, you can always augment this protection with an LG Optimus 3D screen protector<\/a> (which are of course fully 3D compatible) or perhaps go for a bulkier LG Optimus 3D cover<\/a> such as the Carry Pouch.<\/p>\n

The last thing I’ll mention for the LG Optimus 3D is the choice of an in-car holder. It’s often hard to find one that will fit your phone tightly but securely, while still making it possible to easily install and remove your phone. With LG’s SCS-400 In car holder<\/a>, you can rest assured that the phone will fit perfectly, as well as keeping all of the necessary ports accessible.<\/p>\n

Now that we’ve covered the LG Optimus 3D accessories you’ll want, then now it’s time to break down the HTC Evo 3D accessories<\/a> you’ll need.<\/p>\n

We’ll start, as we did for the Optimus, with some excellent HTC Evo 3D cases<\/a>. In the spirit of originality though, I shan’t just recommend the same cases again — I’ve noted that HTC owners often support the brand based on its excellent build quality, noting its durable and well-constructed nature. For HTC owners that particularly valuable keeping their phone safe then, I’d recommend the insanely popular American import, the Otterbox Commuter Series<\/a>. (An alternative HTC Evo 3D case<\/a> recommendation would be the stellar Case-Mate Tough Case<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Another big decision is which car holder to get for it. As HTC don’t have their own official car holder, I’d suggest the strong, secure arms of the Exogear Exomount Universal Case Compatible Car Mount<\/a> (phew). As its long name suggests, this is a powerful metal-based HTC Evo 3D car holder<\/a> that will definitely keep your case secure and stable.<\/p>\n
