Both the Xperia Play and the Xperia Arc launched last week, so here\u2019s our first look at the official Xperia Arc and Xperia Play cases<\/a> from Sony Ericsson.<\/p>\n

Pretty standard stuff, but with that touch of simple and bespoke elegance that you get from a top quality official case.\u00a0 The Pull Cord Pouch Case has a hard outside made from vinyl scuba material, to keep the Xperia Play protected from knocks and bumps, and a soft inner lining to keep it cushioned and unscratched.\u00a0 The inner lining is velvet, for that touch of class.\u00a0 A flap at the top keeps the device tucked away safely whilst not in use, and it\u2019s easily removed using the simple pull tab.<\/p>\n

The Xperia Arc case<\/a> comes in black whereas the Xperia Play case<\/a> is available in two-tone black\/grey, with a stylish striped pattern.<\/p>\n

Both cases are available via the main website, along with the SIM free Xperia Play<\/a> and SIM free Xperia Arc<\/a> handsets too.<\/p>\n\n\n
