Home Delivery Network ‘s core focus is to deliver home shopping products to customers. They\u00a0handle in excess of 105 million parcels each year through their network of 50 depots.<\/p>\n

A signature is required on all deliveries sent using HDN. The driver will not leave any goods in a ‘safe location’, but will instead leave a card to confirm the delivery attempt and will advise that a further attempt will be made on the next working day. Customers can arrange a mutually beneficial time for delivery either through the HDN customer service centre. Deliveries sent using HDN can take place between the hours of 7am and 7pm.<\/p>\n

Each item is despatched from Mobile Fun with a unique parcel identifier (UPI). At certain points during the delivery process the item is scanned which provides parcel tracking information. This parcel tracking information is available to you via the ‘Track & Trace’ facility on the\u00a0HDN Website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In order to use the ‘Track & Trace’ parcel tracking facility you will need to enter the UPI (Unique Parcel Identifier) associated with your parcel.<\/p>\n

Service Availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Whilst 24 hour delivery is available for the majority of UK addresses, timescales associated with certain delivery addresses may be slightly longer. This may be the case for some addresses in Scotland and where sea crossings are involved.
